Murphy has been a complete joy and quite the head-turner. We were warned
that we would not be able to go anywhere without people stopping to see him
but I was never prepared for strangers completely stopping their car in the
road to meet and pet him. Most people say he looks like a live stuffed animal
and upon petting him, says he feels like one too. He is incredibly soft and has
not shed at all. Other than baths(he prefers showers), there is absolutely no
maintenance. Best of all, no "dog smell" in the house. Between his parents
(Roxy and Diego) his intelligence goes without saying.
For a prior non0dog family, your Goldendoodles and the experience with you
could not have been better.

Leigh Ann & Kevin had to go out of
town this weekend and I got to dogsit.
It was a wonderful experience for both
Merv and me. Odie is the most
adorable little creature and so well
behaved....most of the time, except
when you're trying to fold sheets that
just came out of the dryer....he just has
to help. Here's another picture that I
thought you might like to see....Odie at
12 weeks. You can't help but love this
little guy !

How are you all doing? I can't believe how time has flown by and
Bogart turned 6 months old yesterday! He is such a big loveable

jumping right into our laps when we are sitting and watching TV. I
have to say that he is spoiled because we let him - LOL!! He is as
good as gold, though, and we love him more each day. He
traveled a lot with us this summer and causes a stir wherever we
go. Everybody falls in love with him instantly. It's like traveling with
a rock star! I'm enclosing a few pictures that I took this weekend
so that you can see what a gorgeous boy he is.
I hope you all are enjoying your summer and the new puppies,
which are beautiful, of course!

I wanted to send you an update on our life with
Florence. She is incredible and we are both crazy about
her, (even my husband who was hesitant to get a dog is
head over heals)!
She has been such a joy and I just can't thank you
enough for bringing her into our lives. I truly cannot
imagine life without her.
Not only does Florence have a great personality, we
had her out for a walk the other day and someone
stopped us to say, "that is the cutest dog I have ever
seen"! She started prancing around like she knew
exactly what had just been said about her.
Here are some pictures a friend of ours took this past
weekend up at the lake.

Hi Dee, here is a letter that Honey wrote:
Dear Brothers & Sisters-
It has been almost a week since I left you and our birth parents in Georgia. I wanted to
update you on what has been happening to me. My adopted parents are great. They have
even gotten up with me at night when I needed to visit the outdoors. I have an abundance
of things to play with. My new brother Luke (golden retriever in photo) has been a lot of
fun. We play tug of war quite a lot. He has been sleeping just outside my crate at night
instead of in my new parent's bedroom on his bed where he normally sleeps. I am not sure
whether he is trying to keep an eye on me or out for me.
My new house has a lot of interesting places for me to visit. My favorite thing to do
though is to swim and splash in my water dish in the laundry room. I heard mom tell dad
she thinks I am a Labradoodle. I am not sure what she meant by that. I really love bath
time and I seem to get baths quite regularly. Today on our morning walk we ran into a St
Bernard puppy. I think she has a crush on Luke.

Hi guys....Here is a current update of our beautiful girl. We love her so much...she is such a
happy funny dog. She keeps Joe and I both laughing most of the time. She loves to chase
the two cats..they hiss and spit at her but it makes her tail wag even harder. I can't believe
she is 7 months old. Joe retired the middle of July and I retired the middle of Sept. We both
spend all our time with Koda. We spend time in our mountain home and she loves it up there.
All is well with us and hope all is well with you. How exciting another litter...hopefully it won't be
as much work as it was this last time. Good luck...I can't seem to talk Joe into letting me get
another doll baby. Barbara
