Hi Dee Ann,
I just wanted to let you know that Rora is doing great.  She is
18 pounds now and growing every day.  We are excited to get
her last round of vaccinations in less than 2 weeks.  We will be
going for walks and to the park all the time.

Rora and her sister, the cat are getting along well.  Rora
listens to the cat better than her own parents (the cat hisses at
her).  It is pretty entertaining to watch them play.

Rora is the happiest dog ever.  She is always excited to meet
new people and pets.  We can't wait to introduce her to my
parents' and brother's dogs over Christmas.

Hope all is well.  We will continue to keep you posted.
Happy Fall!

Hi Mike and Dee Ann,
I just wanted to give you a quick update on Rocky. He
was out of Millie by Poncho. He is a very healthy and very
nearly grown dog now. He just turned 11 months.  He is a
playful guy who often brings us a ball to throw for him and
if you don’t throw it, he will start nudging you with it until
you give in. Of course, he is just as likely to bring it to you
and the turn his head away when you go to take it. He
loves to play chase or tug-of-war. And, he just loves
everyone. I think we get visits from our family now not to
see us, but to see Rocky. He is a great addition to the
family and Will (our son) has been having a blast being
his big brother. Thank you for allowing us to add him to
our family.

Sincerely,

Randy, Sue, Will and Rocky
Hey to all! Just wanted to send you the
latest on JoJo. She is doing great and
training is going well - We are working
on "come" but she can shake, sit, stay,
roll over, go to "place" and "show her
belly" to us all day! She loves fetching
the ball and her puppy KONG! She is
totally spoiled by the cookies from
"Dog City" and the special chicken her
Daddy gives her when he makes soup!
Here are some pictures! Hope all is
great with you guys! The Brill Family

Dee and Mike,
I wanted to drop you a quick note.
I have a friend of mine, his name is
Esco. He is looking into an English
Golden Doodle.
He mentioned he could not find any
contact info on your site, so I figured I
would send you a quick email.
You are the only breeder we have
referred many people to that have
fallen in love with Anakin.  Esco is
another one.
Thanks a ton.

Dee Ann -

First, Augie is fantastic.  He's topped out at 58 pounds and is just a bundle of joy.  We adore him.

Second, our little one, Lucy, arrived on August 12th and is just wonderful.  I'm attaching some pics of
Augie and Lucy together. We haven't had any problems at all with him - he just wants to lick her
non-stop.

Finally, we are thinking of getting Augie a brother or sister sometime in the next year.  Are you planning
to breed Roxy and Diego again in the next twelve months?  I know you don't do reservations so early,
but we'll be first in line!

Thanks so much - hope your holidays are going great.
Beth
Hope you are all doing well….the new puppies on your site are
adorable..I wanted to send you a picture of Sammy and his big
brother Rufus.  They are inseparable, I can truly say the love
each other!  And we love them!  Thank you again for a
wonderful addition to our family.

Thanks,

Just thought I would send a
picture of Mimi!  She is
wearing Minnie ears and is
playing "house" in a blanket
fort with my 2 children!  She
is always so patient with them
. . . no matter what adventure
they have cooked up!  I
could not ask for a better
addition to our family.
Thanks for all that you do -
Nancy :)
This is 'Daisy'.  She resides in
Highlands, NC.  The baby is Rocky and
Daisy belongs to his Grandparents.
But not to worry....Rocky and his family
will be getting their own Goldendoodle
soon, from us!
Hi Dee,
I am not sure if you remember Shadow. His parents are Sassy and Rocky.
He was sent to us via airplane to Chicago 4years ago.  I just wanted to
update you on our beautiful dog.

Shadow is a happy, healthy, fun-loving dog.   He loves everyone, even the
mailman.  His 100lb stature can be intimidating, but the kids just love him,
especially when he is ‘playing’ football with the boys in the backyard or
‘cleaning’ the faces of the little ones after a snack.  I have never seen a
dog smile until Shadow.

He loves walking through the neighborhood, greeting everyone along the
way.  He holds his head high, shoulders back, and wags his tail the entire
time.  His nickname is the Kissing Prince.  He has a kiss for everyone.

Shadow is not a barker.  He communicates through his eyes.  You can
look into them, and you just know what he is saying or asking.  It is
incredible.  He knocks, yes knocks, on the door to go out or to come back
in—amazing.  We didn’t even teach him that ‘trick’.  Don’t get me wrong, he
does bark, but only when we are all tucked in for the night.  If he hears
something, he will let us know.

I can’t thank you enough for this wonderful dog.  I can’t imagine life without
him.  When he is at the groomers, it is a very lonely house.  Shadow is
definitely a huge part of our family, the way a dog should be.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!

Dee Ann,

We are finally sending you pictures of our Rudy who will be 2 in a few days.
We adopted Rudy in March 2007 and his parents were Roxy & Diego.  I
recently
found his stuffed sun which was his toy that he had on the day we picked him
up two years ago.  Somehow he recognized it and it became his favorite toy
immediately.  The one picture is of him rolling with it in the grass.  Rudy
is quite a character and always has us laughing with his antics.  He loves
to play and does this half somersault thing when he is happy.  He puts his
head on the ground, bottom in the air and burrows and hums.  He is very
handsome and fit but he is such a boy.  After he is groomed he can't wait to
roll around and mess it up.  Well I could go on but the bottom line is that
he is very lovable.  Thanks and hope to talk soon.

Dee Ann,

I am attaching a photo of Ruby.  She is one of your goldendoodle
puppies from January 2006.  Her litter was from Lady Di and Diego.
My daughter had gotten a puppy from you the previous year (Kim
Vickery in Lawrenceville) and we fell in love with her.  We absolutely
adore Ruby.  She has the best personality and is so sweet and
loving.  She likes nothing better than playing ball and sleeping in
our bed!

I just thought I would send you an updated picture of our Koda.  I
can't believe he is over a year old now.  He is such a sweet boy.
The boys just adore him.  He just saw the vet the other day for an
annual exam and was given a clean bill of health.  The vet said he
was a good weight and did not see any health issues.

Thanks,
The Kennedys
Hi everyone...Glad to see your site
open and it's great to see puppies are
on the way.  Joe and I wanted to send
you an update photo of our beautiful
lady Koda.  This was her first
experience with snow.  She is such a
happy girl and such an important part
of our life.  We have a motor home
now and she gets to travel a lot.  She
draws so much attention, everyone
has to come meet her...she is a show
stopper.  Have fun with all your new
little pups on the way...Barbara
Hi Dee Ann and Michael!

After 2 years, I am forwarding a picture of Gidget, as promised.
She is a Roxy x Diego puppy from October 2004.
Our story is in your alum #5 column.
We have SO many people ask about her…I often go on your website to see
what you all are up to before I refer them.
I am thrilled that you all are still breeding these special dogs and couldn't
imagine our life without Gidget.
She is the perfect dog.
We got some cute pictures of her this summer, so I'm forwarding them on so
that you can attach it to our story.

Hope all is well with your family.
Be safe, stay happy.
Best,

Sara Walker
Hi All!  Just thought you would enjoy
this pic of Champion Goldendoodles
Daisy (3years old) and Meeko
(7months).  Meeko is an English and is
very blocky and bold in shape, while
Daisy is more petite....they are the
best of friends.  We all live happily in
NC!!
Hey Dee Ann,

I thought you might like to see Peaches after her first trip
to the beauty parlor.  She went to the vet
yesterday--one last parvo shot--she weighed 22.7
pounds.  She seems a little thin, but the vet says there is
a little layer of fat under her skin and that she is perfect.
He thinks she will top out at 44 or 45 pounds, which we
think is perfect.  She is a sweet, sweet, happy girl.  She
is smart, too.  She can sit and shake.  She knows
if I put my running shoes on we are going to go to the
park.  She is great in the car.  She sits quietly in her
safety harness and enjoys the ride. Dennis is taking her
to puppy classes the next two Saturdays.  I am
working.    I know that she will be a star.

I hope everything is good with you and your family.  I
was looking forward to seeing pictures of the new litters.
I love seeing new puppies.  I guess there is no point
since they are all spoken for.

I will keep you up to date.  We absolutely love our girl.

litter mate Jed and
they were both
very special to us!
Hi Dee Ann -  Hope that all is well!  Rora (Roxy & Diego's daughter)
had her 1st birthday this past July, so she's now 1 year and a couple
months. She's 54 pounds of playful dog and looks like she may add a
pound or two but pretty much full grown; prettier and leaner than most
goldens we know, and more social than the poodles we know, the
golden/poodle blend is brilliant.  She gets tons of compliments at the
dog park on everything from her looks to her high social IQ to her
retrieving skills.  She's a great watch dog, can't believe such a
pretty girl could have such a deep and powerful bark, it cracks us up.
We love her and I chuckle when I think back to last fall when we were
the "last pickers" of her litter and I was worried about it; I even
told my wife we should probably name her L.P. (to stand for last pick,
which as you know is half ironic because last isn't a pick at all,
it's a "here you go").  I remember saying to Leigh, surely there is
going to be something wrong with her if everyone else passed her over.
I can't believe how perfect she is, she is pure joy and we can't
imagine our lives without her, it feels like divine intervention, God
picked her for us.  Thanks again, we appreciate what you and your
family did in this wonderful blessing.  I attached a couple of pics of
my little buddy who was waiting patiently for her Dad to take her to
the dog park, easily her favorite thing on earth.  Best regards from
Atlanta, Tim & Leigh
Dee Ann,

Hudson is absolutely perfect! He is so easygoing and has only done his
business inside the house once. We are in love, but the cat is not so
sure yet.

Hello DeeAnn and Family-
Just wanted to let you know Isabelle is doing wonderful!
She loves the little bit of snow we got last night.  I was
worried it would be too cold on her paws but I have to pick
her up and carry her inside to stop her running around in it!
She is growing like a weed!  I am starting this week to work
on "sit" and "come".  She is very teachable and is doing well
with potty training.  Our house is two levels and must be
very confusing to map in her mind so I mostly keep her in
the master suite.  It has an outside door and a small private
yard.  She totally has the hang of getting to that door when
she needs to go out.  She is sleeping well at night (crate is
right by the bed) and adapted to dry food easily after a
week of moist.
I am looking forward to her vet visit so she can finish up
shots and be a "real dog"!
Thanks for everything-

Denise Kolousek
Dee - Just a quick note to let you know things are going well
with Lola.  She is a delight, she has quite a little
personality....and of course we think she is also very smart.
She loves to watch TV, a trait a previous Golden we had
displayed.  She especially liked the animal shows.  We'll
see if Lola continues that trend!

I have enclosed some pictures.  She is growing fast.  She is
very attached to my older Golden, Elise.  Elise is very patient
with her and they get along great.  Lola is a very well
adjusted puppy and I really appreciate you letting me pick
her up while I was on vacation so she could have my
undivided attention.  We will keep in touch, but thanks again
for all you do!
